Desirae is a registered dental hygienist with over 20 years of experience in the oral health field. Working as a dental assistant, dental therapist, and dental hygienist, she has been fortunate to learn from and work along side amazing dental teams.

Her work as an oral health provider, as well as her families experience with airway issues, have given her a keen interest and a deep passion for Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy. Despite her extensive dental background, none of her training covered the concepts of myo. She is excited to pass on this information and help people recognise how oral myofunctional dysfunctions can impact their overall health and wellness.

When she is not working, Desirae loves spending time with her family, working out and doing wood working projects with her husband. She also loves to travel and spend time around a campfire at the lake.
